Quick update

Centrasia.ru has items from Ferghana.ru (which for some reason I can't access at the moment) in Russian - "Andijan is empty - where have the rebels gone?" which says that things are quiet downtown and soldiers and rebels (and hostages, if any remain) are nowhere to be seen; and "Andijanians are shocked by the actions of the authorities, in the words of local residents." These are both about 40 minutes old at this point.
