Today in the Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, a protest took place in support of the people of Andijan. Young people from the Kyrgyz Students' Union conducted a demonstration in front of the Embassy of Uzbekistan with posters condemning the policies of the Uzbek authorities in relation to the opposition as well as yesterday's shooting of peaceful civilians during the storm of the regional administration building. These photos were taken at the scene [the above link has more photos - trans.]:

The posters read, "NO to human rights violations in Uzbekistan!" and
"A government that spills the blood of its own people is worthless!" (loose translation)

This poster reads, "Andijanians, brothers and sisters, we are with you!"
