IWPR has what may be the best (maybe the only?) English-language eyewitness account I've seen by a journalist who was on the scene when the Andijan regional administration building was stormed:
Blood Flows in Uzbek Crackdown IWPR reporter's eyewitness account of scenes of panic as armoured cars spray gunfire randomly into crowds of demonstrators, by Galima Bukharbaeva.
Dee Warren (a.k.a. Wanderlustress) is, as far as I can tell, the only blogger who was also present in Andijan within the last 24-36 hours. She has posts about her escape from the city (including a list of things she's heard about the situation in Andijan), the causes of the uprising, and the aftermath.
I am going to try to translate a couple more items tonight, if anything that's not available in English seems particularly current and relevant.

I want to thank you for all your translation efforts. They are so valuable in this information vacuum.
And just a correction, my last name is Warren.

Sorry, don't know what I was thinking - my fingers on the keyboard moving faster than my brain. I will correct that...
