China's official news agency on Andijan

There is nothing new in this account (though there are some photos), but given the human rights situation in China, I was surprised to see Xinhua covering this story at all. On the other hand, the tone of the coverage is not too surprising - "Uzbek president blames Andijan unrest on radical group."
