A perfect Saturday morning

This is a little photo essay about one of my favorite places in Moscow - the old-school bukinist (antiquarian bookshop) at Ostozhenka St. 53. Although I usually go there on Saturday mornings (the shop's only open 10am-2pm on Saturdays), I think all of these photos were actually taken on other days of the week when I was able to steal a bit of time from the day and make my way over to Ostozhenka.

on the way to the Bukinist store. Often I just hail a car to get
there, because the metro ride requires transferring trains for
a ride that is not really long enough to make that worthwhile.

It's not a very big place, but if I haven't been there for
awhile and there are lots of new arrivals, I can easily
spend an hour or more browsing.
